Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Undeliverable Packages

*** If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt:

Return & Exchange Policy

 

Return Eligibility You can return products within 30 days of delivery, but they must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original packaging

  • Tags attached (if applicable)

  • No signs of wear or damage

❌ Non-returnable items include:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Food or perishable items with an opened package

Return Process

  2.  Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3.  We will send return instructions and a prepaid return label (if applicable).

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

🚨 If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can provide a resolution.

- To exchange a product, return the original item following our return process and place a new order.
